The worst part about all this is that you begin to loose faith in your own ability, you allow your self to be frightened of situations that should have no fear attacked to them what so ever. Unfortunately this is your way of protecting your self from triggering a panic and anxiety attack. Its Like you have to force your self to just leave the house, that becomes very depressing.


Do You Realize That People with anxiety disorders actually do the bravest things on a daily bases?


You not only get up each day and get on with your life, you pick yourself up after every set back and continue to face the fear. This in its self deserves an award. Many Panic and anxiety attack victims fail, not only once but hundreds of times week in week out, but because you continue the battle it makes you a winner.


There is light at the end of the tunnel that is the good news.


I will honestly say this, the experience and all the fear I went through for 13 years was be the hardest challenge I have ever had to face, but the triumph for me was after I learnt how to overcome panic and anxiety attack.


I have actually gained more confidence now then I previously had before, opportunities have opened there doors for me in so many different ways. I do not regret the any part of my experience now that i look back on it, I won in the end and that is all that matters.

Panic attacks occur suddenly because of anxiety and stress. For persons experiencing panic attacks help would be needed every now and then. The symptoms may come unexpectedly and the sudden onset could possibly leave the person bewildered and lost. She would need then all the help she can get.

1. If chest pain, palpitations or difficulty of breathing accompanies the panic attacks, help, especially medical attention, should be sought immediately. The person might be experiencing myocardial infarction or heart attack.

5. Help them do breathing exercises. Breathe in through the nose, hold for 5-10 seconds, and then breathe out through the nose and mouth. You can repeat the process until the person’s breathing has completely returned to normal.


6. If she feels warm and uneasy, use an ice pack to alleviate the occurrence. You could also move to an air-conditioned room or use an electric fan to help ease the hot flashes.


7. Stay calm yourself, you could not help someone with a panic or anxiety attack if you are in a panic, yourself. Assure her that you would stay with her, until the attack passes or however long she needs you.


8. Do not leave her alone because other symptoms might develop. If after the panic attack’s help, her symptoms have not yet subsided for 10-15 minutes, and then you have to bring her to the hospital for treatment. There may be other underlying conditions associated with the panic attacks.
